Dave Horecny serves as Chairman of the CEA.  He and Gail have been married since 1978 and have two grown daughters.  They are members of Eastlake Church in Bothell.  Dave has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Puget Sound Christian College, a Master of Arts in Religion from Pepperdine University and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Bakke Graduate University.  Following more than twenty years of vocational ministry, Dave transitioned to the software industry and is currently a Senior Director at the Microsoft Corporation.
